We recently moved from a flat to a house, where we were totally overwhelmed with where to start when it came to interior design for our new home. Coupled with relocating from London, we were not familiar with any local companies either.

After researching endlessly, we are thrilled with our appointment of Chloe Boyd & Co. Chloe used a consultative and friendly coaching approach to really understand what we wanted and guide us through the process for decorating our downstairs windows and dining room. From the very first appointment, we felt listened too, understood and our vision came to life, not just as we wanted… but even better!

Chloe’s passion and knowledge really made the whole process enjoyable. No question was silly and responses super prompt – even on the weekend. With such large windows, we knew it would need to be bespoke and was apprehensive about the size, weight, and cost. Chloe presented multiple options and explained everything fully to ensure we were comfortable with all selections. What I personally enjoyed the most was that every decision was made together.

The installation process was also really smooth. Chloe Boyd & Co, were super flexible and accommodating with our busy schedules. The guys were professional, friendly and conscientious – again talked us through the process so we could understand what was going on too. Once everything was installed, Chloe ensured everything was perfect and passed on great tips for styling and after care.

Chloe is one amazing and talented lady…

Having made so many costly design mistakes over the years, when we moved house, I knew I wanted to get it right…

I never thought of getting an interior designer, however after Chloe was recommended to us, we asked her round for an initial consultation. I have to say at this point my husband wasn’t convinced, thinking it was just a waste of time… however…

From that point on, we both never looked back… We were both a bit nervous before the initial meeting, but Chloe straight away put us at ease, asking lots of questions and trying to understand from us what we were looking for, our individual styles, colours we liked and most importantly how we wanted the room to make us feel. She really took the time to get in our heads and to understand what we wanted.

Following that there were a number of different meetings, to look at mood boards, colours, fabric. The great thing was that Chloe just got us! The ideas she shared we loved… so many ideas for things we would never have thought of. She even recommended a local artist who we commissioned to create a piece that would blend well into the overall theme.

Once decided on what we wanted Chloe went away and worked her magic, working with various suppliers to get ensure we had the best quality products that worked with our budget.

The day finally came when everything was ready to be styled… we were packed off for the morning whilst Chloe brought our lounge and dining room to life. The finished result was breath-taking – we are still in awe at what she has done – our rooms have personality and are just absolutely gorgeous. The finished result was so amazing I was in tears!

The whole process from start to finish has been so enjoyable and really exciting!!

Chloe also during the period helped me to style the bedroom, suggesting different ideas and again helping me to bring it to life – the little details she recommended have made such a massive difference.

We have now commissioned Chloe to work on our spare bedroom and, based on my 100% trust in her abilities, I haven’t given her a brief – I’ve told her to surprise me.

This lady is a pro… if, like us, you are unsure on an interior designer don’t be – call Chloe. Don’t make costly mistakes like I did – she is a true professional with an amazing talent. I am just so grateful we found her!

I came across Chloe’s website when searching for interior designers, I really liked her style and was keen to work with a smaller business that could give us a more personable experience. We were not disappointed!

Chloe regularly visited our home and after sharing ideas created us a mood board. For a couple with no vision Chloe really helped us to visualise the end result even before work even started.

After a few back and fourth’s mainly due to our indecisiveness we agreed on a design that met our budget and shared vision.

Chloe helped source some of the tradesmen while we sourced some of our own, the whole thing was brought together with meticulous project management. Once the building work started we had some hiccups along the way as to be expected but nothing Chloe didn’t take in her stride to resolve .

Once the final day came Chloe worked from 8am to 8pm on the big reveal, we were absolutely blown away to the point it brought us to tears.

We would highly recommend Chloe who has fantastic vision and taste, immaculate customer service and goes the extra mile, she is worth every penny and more!
