Looking at warm and darker pieces. Introducing cozy autumnal candles and lighting those tea lights. Bronze fennel is looking particularly stunning right now, bringing in the perfect balance of green and bronze! It smells amazing too.

Having a spruce up around the house has actually finally got me in the mood for autumn after those dreaded summer blues! I’m ready for cosey nights with the log burner and a hot choc, who else is ready? 🤍🍂🪵

How can we introduce our favourite colours into our homes?

There are so many ways you can do this, I recommend using smaller pieces like scatter cushions, vases, tablewear, floral arrangements, prints, artwork to introduce colour.

Keeping a generally neutral base for sofa fabrics and layering with your favourite colour through accessories is a great way to start. That way if you make a mistake with the colour it’s not the end of the world! They can be easily swapped and changed at any point if you get itchy feet and want to try something new too.

Think about the colour you want to introduce, is it cool or warm? Consider warm tones with a warm base and cool tones with a cool base. For example; we have introduced blue tones here on a grey base, that way they all work together perfectly!
