Spring Interior Design & Styling Tips
We wanted to share our top Spring Time Interior Design and Styling tips for your Interior. We are Interior Designers based in the North West of England. Often covering Cheshire and Manchester areas and we are here to help you create your dream interior. We’re loving seeing glimpses of daffodils peeping through during this time of year. This got us thinking about our home and how we can begin to really inject a bit of fun, playfulness and brightness after those cooler winter months. So let’s get right into it!
For an occasion
There are lots of different ways to style your home in time for Easter and it really does depend on your audience and plans you have in the next coming weeks. Perhaps you have an occasion in the near horizon and you’re having people over for lunch or dinner. Why not introduce some gorgeous Narcissi’s to your table scape in multiple vases at different heights? Introducing tall candles within candle holders will really elevate the space and make it feel extra special.

For the everyday
Perhaps you have had your eye on a gorgeous egg holder, pot or vase? Now is the perfect time to introduce something like this into your home. Filling the egg holder up with eggs and leaving displayed on the side in your kitchen is the perfect functional way of introducing those easter styling ideas in a subtle and functional way. Additionally, same goes with the vase you have had your eye on for a while. Now is the perfect time to pick this up and introduce those seasonal flowers we talked about earlier.
Making it special for Children can be a great way of getting your children to do something fun, light hearted and busy during the school holidays. Why not get creative and think about the kind of shapes you can make with your children, thinking about the Easter Bunny and decorating eggs. Create a table scape with your children and their friends!
Most importantly, for you!
Never mind the occasions and the everyday, perhaps you are too busy or you’re not feeling the need to have people over in the next few months. Your space is for you to enjoy and is about how it makes you feel. Introducing plants and fresh flowers has lots of health benefits. See our previous blog post on this for more information on the benefits of introducing plants into your space. Introducing some seasonal flowers or plants is guaranteed to give you the feel good factor. Why not style a large arrangement on a vase in the kitchen or a planter on a dining table is guaranteed to be a winner!
